Ice Cream Roxy

I can't believe this is the last day of July.  The summer is just flying by.  So, for Delightful Thursday at Digital Delights I have made a summery card using Ice Cream Roxy and the Ice Cream Sentiment Set.  I also used some Ice Cream Cone Washi tape that I had.  Here is a close up of Roxy and the washi tape.

I love the sentiment and here is a close up of it.

Aloha!

Today I am the hostess for Hostess Monday at Digital Delights  I really had fun putting this card together.  I am featuring Hula Halina and the Luau Papers, Accessories and Sentiment set. I printed out the Bamboo Mat and Sun and Sand papers from the Luau Time Paper Pack.  Using my Cameo I cut out the Tikki Hut with the Bamboo Mat paper.  I also cut out the Luau Flower and Coconuts, all from the Luau Accessories set.  And lastly I cut out my image Hula Halina.  You can find all these at the Digital Delights Store.
     
     
     
All coloring was done with Copic Sketch Markers - B05, B07, C5, C7, C9, E00, E01, E11, E42, E43, E44, R20, Y23, Y26, Y35, YG23, YG25, YG93, YR02.
Other supplies used were Stamping Up Tempting Turquoise cardstock, Diamond Stickles, and Prima Pearl Flowers.

Mermaid

Hi everyone!  It is Delightful Thursday today at Digital Delights.  Today I am featuring this cute image simply called Mermaid.  Isn't she just the cutest?  I cut her out with my Cameo and colored her up with Copic Sketch markers.  I also used a sentiment from the Digital Delights Keeping in Touch Sentiment set.  You can get both of these stamps from the Digital Delights Store.

      

My cardstock is from Bazzill.  I made my own designer paper.  I used Kaleidacolor Caribbean Sea ink and a brayer to make the background.  Then I used a Seaweed stamp from Great Impressions.  This I hope gives it an underwater effect.  I used a green copic marker and white gel pen to add a little color to the seaweed. Then I added my image and sentiment and finished with a few pearls from my stash. I also used Glossy Accents, Crystal Stickles, and Liquid Pearls.

Christmas in July

Christmas in July is the theme for the challenge at Going Grey With Scrap-Creations.  So, we want to see your Christmas cards.  No time like now to get started on those cards.  I am so bad about waiting till the last minute to make mine and then I really get stressed.

For my Christmas card I used Sunny Christmas Marcia from La La Land Crafts as my image.   I can remember a few warm Christmases in my past where it was warm.  As I live in Texas that is not unusual.

Seaside Izzy

We are having a new challenge at going Grey with Scrap-Creations.  And the theme is Water.  So, for my DT card I used Seaside Izzy from Di's Digi Stamps.  I decided a seaside scene was a great representation of the water theme.  I used paper from Graphic 45's By the Sea Collection and matted it on SU Calypso Coral cardstock. My sentiment is by Digital Delights from the Summer Surfin Sentiment Set.  I used the SU 1 inch punch to cut it out and matted it on cardstock punched out with the SU Postage Stamp Punch.  I also used MFT Die-namics Hibiscus die cut to make my flower and Impression Obsession Die 078-F to make the sea gull.  Other supplies used were Stickles Stardust, Pearls from Martha Stewart Crafts, White Mesh Ribbon, White Gel Pen and Blue Craf-T Chalk.
