Merbabies Splash and Wiggles with Moki

It is time for a new challenge at The Fairy and the Unicorn.  The theme is Anything Goes as Long as it is Fantasy.  We have an explanation of what this includes on the challenge sidebar.   I have used 2 cute stamps from Sweet November Stamps.  The first one is Merbabies Splash and Wiggles and the second one is Moki.  I duplicated him.  He is from the stamp set Coral Reefweaver and Moki.  I made my scene using Paint 3D.
