Relax Barnaby

It is Delightful Thursday again at Digital Delights.  Today I bring you Relax Barnaby.  Isn't he just the cutest?  The sentiment is just perfect for the image.  It is from the Feel Better Sentiment set.  I merged the sentiment with the image using Gimp.   The other thing that I did for the first time was color flowers with Copic markers.  I had pink and turquoise flowers and white flowers.  I used my BV markers to color the white flowers to match the blue violet flower in the picture.  It worked out pretty good I think.

Digital Delights Jubbly Monkey

House of Cards Cute and Fun Challenge

 

It is July 1st and that means it is time for a new challenge called House of Cards. Here is how the challenge blog works--there will be a monthly color palette or sketch and then each week there will be a challenge for different card making styles using those parameters.  If there is a 5th Monday in the month, there will be a photo inspiration and you can create using any card making style you'd like!  There are four Designs Teams at House of Cards, one for each of four card making styles.  They are Cute and Fun, Clean and Simple, Classic and Elegant, and Shabby and Vintage.   I am so excited to be a part of the Cute and Fun Design Team.  This challenge will always begin on the first Monday of each month.  This month we have this beautiful color palette to use.
