Trick or Treat

It's a Halloween Challenge at Creatalicious this month.  So, come on and join in the fun.  We have two great sponsors this month.  There is Simon Says Stamp who is offering the winner a $15 gift certificate.

And next is Lacy Sunshine Stamps.

I have used a stamp from Lacy Sunshine called Eleanor Trick or Treat.  The sentiment is from Paper Salon.  I used SU Tango Twist cardstock for my base.  The background DP is from Recollection's Ravenhead Manor pad.  I used the SU Postage Stamp punch for the three triangles and the images are cut from Bo Bunny's Fright Delight Collection with a SU Square punch.  I also used a SB Square die cut.  And the bat sticker is from my stash.

The following Copic Sketch markers were used.  E000, E00, E11, E31, E33, E35, E42, E44, G14, N5,N7, V12, V15, V17, Y23, Y26, YG23, YG25, YR07, YR09.  Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Stormy Sky was sponged on the background of image.  And Memento Dandelion was used to sponge the moon.

Poppy Elf

I just had to color this beautiful elf.  So, I'm back today with this gorgeous stamp Poppy Elf from Aurora Wings Stamps.  I have several new ones, so you might be seeing alot of fairies and elfs in the near future.

I used SU Riding Hood Red for my card base.  I then topped it with K&Co. Wild Raspberry DP.  Next I added red lace from Simplicity and rhinestones from Recollections.  The corner feathers are from Simplicity also.  It was a headband decor.  I pulled the black button off and replaced it with flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. Then I framed my Poppy Elf with a SB Lattice Rectangle die cut.

I used these Copic Sketch Markers: E000, E00, E11, E31, E33, E35, G14, R17, R20, R22, R27, Y17, Y19.  I also used some of Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Antique Linen to sponge around the edges.

Monochromatic for a Child

It is time for a new challenge at The Crafter's Cafe.  And this month there are new changes to the challenge.  We will now be having challenges start on the 1st and 15th of the month. So, there will only be two challenges each month.  So, for our first challenge this month, the theme is Monochromatic for a Child.  It is National Childhood Awareness Month and this seemed like an appropriate theme.  We have two great sponsors this time.
