North Pole Eddie

Happy Thanksgiving to those of you that celebrate the holiday.  I will be travelling to Dallas where I will see both my kids and their families.  We will have 2 birthdays to celebrate on Friday also.  So big holiday.

This is North Pole Eddie.  I think he is such a cute little elf.  He is my project for Delightful Thursday for Digital Delights.  The image, sentiment, and designer paper can  all be found at the Digital Delights Digi Store.

                

                

My Card Recipe:
Cardstock - The card base and matting is SU Garden Green and the DP is Digital Delights Christmas Magic Paper Pack.
Stamps - All stamps are by Digital Delights.  Image is North Pole Eddie and sentiment is from the Winter Fun Sentiment set.
Die Cuts - I used SB Circle and Lacey circle.
Flower - Petaloo
Glitter - I used Star Dust Stickles on the sign, star, and elf's cap and Wink of Stella White Glitter Pen on the snow.
Other - I used Liquid Pearls around my image as falling snow.  The pearls and ribbon are from my stash.

Non-Traditional Christmas Colours

Don't know about the rest of you guys, but it is cold here in Texas.  It has been cold here for several days now and I am tired of it.  But, it is supposed to start warming up some tomorrow.  Yea!  Anyway I am back today with a new challenge at Creative Craft Challenges 2.  The theme is Non-Traditional Christmas Colours and the sponsor is Dustin Pike. 

My Recipe:
Cardstock - The card base is SU Pool Party and the DP is from Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses 6x6 paper pad.
Stamps - The image is a digital stamp from Sugar Nellie called Sparkle and Shine.  The sentiment is from Christmas Elf Marci set by La La Land Crafts.
Die Cuts - I used SB Circle and Large Scallop Circle.
Punches - I used SU 1 1/2" Circle Punch for the mat and 1 1/4" Circle Punch for the sentiment.
Ribbon - This is SU Ruffled Ribbon in Pool Party
Pearls - These are Flat Back Pearls from Inky Impressions.
Glitter - I used Crystal Stickles to accent her hat and boots.

Snow

There is a new challenge at Simply Create Too.  The theme is Snow (or Use Only White).  So, I tried to create a little winter wonderland here.  I used Snowman and Girl from Whimsy and Stars Studio and lots of die cuts.  I also used lots of sparkle and shine although this does not photograph too well.

Christmas Bongo

Mr. Snowman

  

Morning fellow crafters.  I know it has been a week since I last posted, but I have been doing some fun things.  I have been making some glittered ornaments and they are so easy.  Also, I have been working on Christmas cards and birthday cards for my son and granddaughter.  

So, there is a new challenge going on today at Paper Crafting Journey and you are going to want to join in.  The theme is Bling It Up!  So, we want to see lots of bling on your cards.  The sponsor is Digi Stamps 4 Joy.

I have used Mr. Snowman from our sponsor for my card which I cut out with my Cameo.  He is a cutie.  I used rhinestones on the snowflakes and snowman for accent.  Here is a close up.
