Silver and Blue Christmas
Im back again with another Christmas card. This one did not photograph well, so you can't see how bright and shiney it really looks. I made this card for the challenge over at Twisted Tuesday. Today's challenge is a Photo Inspiration challenge. Here is the inspiration:
The Twist: Use an eyelet somewhere on your creation.
My inspiration was the colors. I decided to use the Silver and Blue and make a Christmas card. All the paper has been in my stash since last Christmas. The base cardstock is a silvery white with a swirl design. The next layer is shiny silver cardstock. I used the Spellbinder Large Scallop Circle to cut out the center. I then embossed it with a Sizzix embossing folder. I put blue eyelets on all the corners and on top of the cutout. I stamped the ornament stamp from Stamping Up Tags til Christmas set on the base cardstock in Brilliant Blue. I punched it out with the Ornament punch from Stamping Up. I used blue ribbon from my stash to hang it in the opening. I also tied the ribbon on the front of the card.
I will be entering this card in these challenges:
Fashionista Challenge - #9 - Blue Christmas
Fussy and Fancy Challenge - #76 - Feeling Blue
