Crafting by Designs is having a Halloween Challenge. And guess what? I am the Guest Designer this week. So I have created a Halloween card using a Sweet Pea stamp. This is Pricilla by Connie Fong. My sentiment is by Great Impressions. Here is a close up of the image.
