First Christmas Card!

My first Christmas card this year. I struggled so last Christmas to finish all my cards. And I told myself I was not going to wait till December to do them this year. So, when a couple of challenges wanted Christmas cards, I said why not. I need to start on them anyway.

I used a very cute Magnolia stamp. She is colored with Copic Sketch markers and stickles were used on the wings and stars. My designer paper is Tinsel from Memory Box. My cardstock is Stampin Up. I used an embossing folder and sentiment from Stampin Up and the sentiment is punched out with a punch from Stampin Up. The sentiment is heat embossed to give it a little shine. I used several Spellbinder die cuts including the flower. The gem used in the flower is from my stash and the lace and ribbon are from Stampin Up.

I will be entering this card in these challenges:

Eat Sleep Stamp - Challenge #`13 - Sketchy Thursday

Just Magnolia - Week 99 - Eyes Down - Bingo (I chose diagonal - gems, flowers, and ribbon and lace)

Secret Crafter - Challenge #127 - Christmas in Spring

Speedy The Cat - Challenge #48 - Use Dry and Heat Embossing and have image popped up

Corrosive Challenge - #109 - Stars In My Eyes

Party Time Tuesday - PTT#9 - Anything Goes + A Handmade Flower

Anything Goes - Make Your Own Embellishment

CCEE Stampers - CCEE1112 - Christmas/Winter Holiday Card

Thanks for stopping by.

Good for you, getting a start on those Christmas cards! I think about 1/3 or 1/4 of the posts I've done so far this year are Christmas related, so i'm feeling good about that too! THanks for playing with Speedy's Friends this week. :)
